Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If rejected, we will provide a reason and discuss possible next steps.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as some processing delays are common.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please:
